Kristi lives in Bozeman with her husband, Clint. She loves to read, bike and hike (and cross country ski in the winter to pass the time until it is warm enough to bike again!) Her two children, Ian and Anna were welcomed into the world at home with Stacey.

Kristi received her certification as a doula and a childbirth educator through the Association of Labor Assistants and Childbirth Educators in 1997. She is a doula for births at the hospital, home and the Birth Place. Kristi has also worked as a health educator, counselor and patient advocate for two local women’s clinics, as well as developed and taught mother-daughter puberty workshops.

As a doula, Kristi believes in and supports the natural birth process and a woman’s ability to give birth. She feels honored to be able to share in this incredible experience with women and their families.

Kristi teaches a series of six week birth classes at the Birth Place that prepares women and their partners for labor, birth and postpartum. She is also available for private birth classes.

Kristi is a Licensed Massage Therapist, having completed a 1000 hour program at Healthworks Institute in Bozeman. She is also a student of Ortho-Bionomy, Cranial Sacral for pregnancy, postpartum and infants, and Infant Massage. She offers integrative massage and bodywork, and pregnancy and postpartum massage. Her massage practice is located at the Birth Place and she can be contacted at 406-580-7415 or
